John O. Hyland  B.L.
Expertise in Employee Injuries and Landlord and Tenant cases

John Hyland having been involved in production management in A. Guinness Dublin became involved as director of the Centre For Dispute Resolution and established his own mediation consultancy. He is an Adjudicator and Mediator for The Private Residential Tenancies Board and a Mediator for Employee Injury cases for Dublin City Council.

John is an Associate of the Mediators Institute of Ireland.

MICHAEL J. MURPHY M.B.A. B . Comm.  Dip. Pub. Adm. F.S.I.I.
Expertise in Commercial Disputes,Labour Law and Change Management Processes

With over forty years experience at board level in a range of major Irish and Multinational commercial organisations Michael brings  a deep appreciation of the complexities of commercial negotiation including take over and acquisition processes.

As a sitting member on the Employment Appeals Tribunal he brings an appreciation of factors relating to Employment Law and it’s practical application.

Michael has experience of the many difficult areas to be managed, including personnel, in major Change Management Projects.

Michael has also acted in facilitation roles..

Paddy Murray  Chartered Fellow Institute of Personnel & Development. (CFCIPD)
Expertise in Labour Law , Organisation Structure and Change Management

With extensive experience in HR,IR, ER management & negotiations.Paddy has headed up negotiations in multi union enviroments with high profile global organizations in  areas including change programmes wage negotiations,works councils/participation structures.

He has been involved in LRC & Labour Court submissions.

Currently HR Strategy Director with international company based in Dublin.

Accredited Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII).

Hugh J. O’Flaherty S C
Expertise in Commercial and Organisational Disputes

Hugh J. O'Flaherty served on the Supreme Court 1990-1999; prior to that had extensive practice at the Bar; was first chairman of the Valuation Appeals Tribunal and is a  past chairman of the National Archives Advisory Board.

 In November,2004 he completed an intensive four-day workshop in Alternative Dispute Resolution: a project of ADR Chambers (UK) Limited.

Currently serves on the Disputes Resolution Authority of the GAA.

Tony O'Shaughnessy M.P.A. B.A. Dip in Internal Auditing, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) MMII
Expertise in Mediation, Investigations, Workplace Problems and Public and Employee Personal Injury claims

Tony was Claims Manager for Dublin City Council. Prior to his current position he worked in industrial relations in the City's Human Resources Department as Head of Internal Audit in Dublin City Council.
