WHAT IS THE MEDIATION CENTRE?
The mediation centre comprises a panel of qualified and experienced mediators whose skills range across many disciplines such as legal, work place, labour relations, personal injury ,commercial and organisational structuring including change management.
The mediation centre, operates as a group whose participants have been chosen specifically for their different professional backgrounds and areas of expertise.
HOW DOES IT WORK The mediation centre will provide pre-mediation assesment and explanations of the process to organisations or individuals who feel they would like to consider the route of mediation rather than other alternatives.
Following this process a suitable mediator or mediators will be proposed as being most appropriate to the circumstances of the dispute and this will be agreed with the parties.
The arrangement of timing, fees ,reporting or other requirements of the parties will be pre- agreed and the process then commenced as speedily as is required.
